With our virtual registers, you can track who opens and closes them, and manage cash and non-cash tips. Every in-store transaction, whether it's cash, card, gift card, or check, is automatically tracked and recorded. At the end of the day, you can reconcile cash and credit card transactions in minutes.
Things to know:
- In order for transactions performed in-store to be reflected in the register, you need to open the register first
- Transactions are recorded on the date the payment is received rather than the date the ticket is closed. For instance, if a client had an appointment on June 21st but paid on June 15th, the transaction would be reflected in the register on June 15th.
- Prepaid transactions do not appear in the register
- Gift card, membership, and package purchases made online do not appear in the register
- Registers that were left open overnight will be automatically closed by the system a few minutes after midnight (merchant time). The system will assume a ‘perfect count’ for cash/checks and credit cards.
