Automated Messaging Guidelines

This article outlines the guidelines for automated email and SMS notifications.


  • Email notifications: Sent at any time of day or night
  • SMS notifications: Sent between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone, except for the following, which may be sent at any time:
    • Appointment booking SMS to client
    • Appointment confirmation SMS to client
    • Appointment confirmation reminder SMS to client
    • Appointment cancellation SMS to client
    • Appointment rescheduling SMS to client
