Staff members can enhance their profiles by adding a bio, which will be visible to clients when booking an appointment via the booking widget.
Things to Know:
- This section is optional.
- A minimum of 20 characters is required in both the "What makes you different?" and "Where did you receive your training?" fields on the staff profile.
- If values are entered in these fields, the staff profile cannot be saved unless the character requirements for both fields are met.
To add a bio for a staff member:
- Navigate to Business Setup > Staff & Availability
- Click on the desired staff member tile
- Scroll down to the ”About Me” section
- Add information about what makes you different
- Save
When a client selects the service provider on the booking widget their bio will be displayed on the service picker page. See the screenshot below.
