Membership Statuses

The membership status determines if a client can redeem benefits in a membership. The table below describes what each status means. 



Status
Description
Membership is in good standing
Membership is scheduled to be canceled automatically on a specific date in the future.
Membership was canceled manually by a staff member in-store, by the client online, or automatically after a set number of consecutive failed payments based on configured settings.
The membership contract has ended
Membership billing and benefits are paused for a period of time
Membership start date is in the future
The membership has been suspended. This can occur when a recurring payment fails (e.g., no card on file or insufficient funds)
