The membership status determines if a client can redeem benefits in a membership. The table below describes what each status means.
| Status | Description |
![]() | Membership is in good standing |
![]() | Membership is scheduled to be canceled automatically on a specific date in the future. |
![]() | Membership was canceled manually by a staff member in-store, by the client online, or automatically after a set number of consecutive failed payments based on configured settings. |
![]() | The membership contract has ended |
![]() | Membership billing and benefits are paused for a period of time |
![]() | Membership start date is in the future |
![]() | The membership has been suspended. This can occur when a recurring payment fails (e.g., no card on file or insufficient funds) |
