Calendar Display in the Scheduler App

This article will guide you through how to filter the calendar in the Scheduler App by Day, Week, Month, Agenda, and Split View, along with the features available in each view.

Filter by Day View


Things to know:

  • In day vie you can see the full day's bookings, including availability and unavailability of a selected staff member or all staff.
  • You can also schedule and update appointments.


How to filter by Day View:


  1. Log into the Scheduler App
  2. You’ll be directed to the Schedule screen
  3. Tap the location name at the top of the screen
  4. Scroll to the Calendar Style section
  5. Select View By > Day
  6. Tap Done at the top of the screen
  7. The schedule will update to show the Day View


Filter by Week View


Things to know:


  • You can view the entire week's bookings, blockages, availability, and unavailability for selected or all staff.
  • You can also schedule and update appointments.


How to filter by Week View:


  1. Log into the Scheduler App
  2. Tap the location name at the top
  3. On the Location and Staff screen, scroll to Calendar Style
  4. Select View By > Week
  5. Tap Done
  6. The schedule will update to show the Week View



Filter the Calendar by Month 


Thing to know:


You cannot filter by Month View to see all bookings, blockages, or availability for the entire month.

Instead, you can view the calendar by month, but only the selected date’s details (blockages, availability) will be shown.


How to view by Month:


  1. Log into the Scheduler App
  2. From the Schedule, tap the current month and year at the top
  3. A monthly calendar will appear
  4. Swipe left or right to navigate between months



Filter by Agenda View


Things to know:


  • You can see a chronological list of all bookings, blockages, and resource usage for any given day.
  • You can also schedule and update appointments.


How to filter by Agenda View:


  1. Log into the Scheduler App
  2. Tap the location name at the top
  3. Scroll to the Calendar Style section
  4. Select View By > Agenda
  5. Tap Done
  6. The schedule will update to show the Agenda View


Filter by Split View


Things to know:


  • The ability to filter the schedule by Split View is controlled by the Enable Split View company setting.
  • In split view, you can see the Waitlist on the left and a list of employees with their in-service appointments on the right.
  • To return an appointment to the Waitlist, open the appointment modal, click the status bar at the top, and select Return to Waiting.


How to filter by Split View:


  1. Log into the Scheduler App
  2. Tap the location name at the top
  3. Scroll to the Calendar Style section
  4. Select View By > Split
  5. Tap Done
  6. The schedule will update to show the Split View
