If your subscription includes the Client Referral add-on, the referral program is automatically built into your booking widget. This feature allows existing clients to:
- View their referral credit history
- Track the number of referrals they’ve made
- Easily refer friends and family via email or social media
In this article, we’ll walk through how clients can access and use the referral program online.
Things to know:
- Referral credits can only be applied to eligible items configured in the referral program.
- Credits are only issued when a new client is referred and meets the minimum spend requirement.

Access the Referral Program on the Booking Widget
To access the referral program on the booking widget:
1. Go to your booking widget
2. Click on the Sign in link at the top right 
3. Once signed in, select the drop-down arrow next to their initials
4. Select Account from the dropdown
5. Under Account Settings, click Referral Program
The referral credit summary will display:
- Total Referrals – Total number of people referred
- Referrals Activated – Number of referrals who met the minimum spend in a single visit
- Credits Earned – Total credit earned from successful referrals
- Credits Remaining – Current referral credit balance
Invite a Friend via Email
To refer someone by email:
1. Enter their friend or family member’s email in the Invite Your Friend By Email field.
2. Add a personalized message in the "Message To Recipient" box
3. Click Send Invite
4. A confirmation message will appear once the invite is successfully sent.
The referee will receive an email notification with the referral link.
The referrer will receive an email notification confirming their invite was sent.
Share Your Invite Link on X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook
To refer friends through social media:
1.On the Referral Program page, click Post to Facebook or Post to X (formerly Twitter)
2. Paste and share the link on their social platform of choice
3. When friends click the link, they’ll be redirected to your booking widget to sign up and book an appointment.
New clients will see a pop-up confirming the referral
Existing clients who click the referral link will see a pop-up letting them know they're not eligible for referral rewards.
