Marketing Attribution Report

This report is used to determine the effectiveness and impact of the various automated marketing messages configured for your business. This article will guide you through the steps to access this report.


Things to know: 

  • For franchise businesses, this report is accessible at both the parent and child levels
  • At the parent level, the report columns will appear empty when collapsed. However, you can expand the rows to view the detailed information within them
  • This report evaluates the effectiveness and impact of your business’s automated marketing messages. It tracks whether clients open the messages, counts how many clicked on a link within them, monitors email bounces, and measures both direct revenue (from clicking through a link in the automated message) and indirect revenue (from making a booking within 14 days of receiving the message).
  • All fields in the report are sortable, and the report can be exported in CSV and PDF formats


To access this report:


1. Navigate to Dashboard
2. Select the Reports tab
3. Under the Clients section, select Marketing Attribution

When the report opens, you can filter by date, campaigns and delivery methods. You have the option to download the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.

Description
DateThis will determine campaigns that were sent during the selected date range
 CampaignsThe name of the campaign that was sent to clients
Delivery MethodThe medium by which campaigns were sent (SMS, Push notifications, Email)


Report Columns

# SentThe number of automated messages sent
Delivery MethodThe medium by which automated messages were sent (SMS, Push notifications, Email)
BouncedDisplays the number of failed deliveries
Bounced %Displays the percentage of failed deliveries
OpenedDisplays the number of recipients who opened your automated message
Opened %Displays the percentage of recipients who opened your automated message
ClickedTracks if a link within the automated message was clicked. Displays the number of recipients who clicked on the "Book" button or link in the automated message
Clicked %Displays the percentage of recipients who clicked on the "Book" button or link in the automated message
Direct Booked #Bookings made from clicks on the automated message
Direct Booked %Displays the percentage of bookings made from clicks on the automated message
Indirect Booked #Bookings made within 14 days of receiving the automated message
Indirect Booked %Displays the percentage of bookings made within 14 days of receiving the automated message
Direct RevenueRevenue made from clicks on the automated message
Indirect RevenueRevenue made within 14 days of receiving the automated message
