This report displays the revenue from add-on services, whether booked online or upsold in-store.
Things to know:
- The ability to access this report is governed by the "Accessing Reports" access control settings
- Add-ons from canceled appointments or voided tickets are not included in this report.
- Tips and sales tax are excluded from the revenue shown.
- Revenue is calculated using the retail (pre-discount) price of the add-on services.
- For businesses that do not offer packages, memberships, classes, services, gift cards, appointments, or appointment-related fees (such as environmental or cancellation fees), the system automatically hides any report columns related to those features. For example, if an account does not offer appointments, this report will not be visible.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Bookings section, select the With Add-ons report
When the report loads, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. If the By Location button is used at the top of the report, you will be able to easily compare metrics across locations and location groupings to see which locations are doing better or worse on that dimension.
Below the By Location button, you have the option to export the report as a CSV, PDF, or print version. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Filters
| Filter | Description |
| Location | The location where the addon was added
|
| Staff | The staff member who performed the service during the date range and location selected. |
| Date | This range will determine the appointments that were booked during the date range selected. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |
| Location | The location where the add-on was added |
| Add-On | The name of the add-on service |
| Times Added | The number of times the add-on was added to an appointment |
| % Booked Online | (Number of add-ons booked online ÷ Total number of add-ons) × 100. For example, if an add-on was added 3 times and 2 were booked online, the percentage would be 2/3 × 100 = 66.67%. |
| % Upsold In-Store | (Number of add-ons added after the appointment start time ÷ Total number of add-ons) × 100. For example, if an add-on was added 4 times and 2 were added after the appointment started, the percentage would be 2/4 × 100 = 50%. |
