Rescheduling Classes/Events

In this article, we will look at how to reschedule a class or an event

.

Things to know:

  • When rescheduling classes or events from a recurring series, you can choose to change a specific session or all subsequent sessions in the series.
  • If the "Class Updated By Business" automated message is enabled, clients will receive a notification about the rescheduled class.


To reschedule a class/event:


1. Go to the schedule

2. Filter by day view, desired location and working staff

2. Locate and select the desired class

3. Adjust the date and/or time on the date and time picker

4. Once you have made the adjustment, click the save button on the class modal

The class will be adjusted on the schedule.
