Transfer Class Enrollment

MyTime allows you to move class attendees from one class to another if multiple class sessions are scheduled for the same day. This article will guide you through the steps to transfer an enrollment to another session. 


Things to Know: 
  • Class sessions scheduled on different days will not appear in the class dropdown when transferring a client’s enrollment to a different session
  • Class enrollments cannot be transferred to a different class type, even if both classes belong to the same category
  • Attendees will not be notified if transferred from one class to another
  • Attendees who have been moved to a different roster will no longer appear on the original roster they were moved from
  • Enrollments cannot be moved from one location to another


Transferring Class Enrollment

To move class attendees to another session:
 
1. Go to Schedule
2. Filter by the desired date, staff, and location
3. Locate and select the class from the schedule
3. Select the 'View Attendees' button on the class modal
4. From the class roster, select the 'Edit Session Enrollment' icon next to the client you wish to transfer to another session
5. Click the dropdown for 'Class'
6. Select the class from the dropdown that the attendee should be transferred to
7. Save Changes
8. The attendee will be removed from the original class roster and added to the class roster to which they were transferred
