Activate/Deactivate Automated Messages

By default, all booking notifications are activated. You'll need to deactivate each template you'd like to use individually. When a notification is activated, the status will say ON and when deactivated, the status will be OFF


To activate or deactivate a template:

  1. Go to Marketing > Automated Messages  
  2. Hover your mouse over the desired template 
  3. Select the “Activate” or “Deactivate” link 


If the message is OFF, select Activate to turn it on

If the message is ON, select Deactivate to turn it off
