Activate/Deactivate Automated Messages

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to enable or disable individual automated message templates.


Things to Know:

  • By default, all booking notifications are enabled
  • To disable a notification, you must deactivate each template individually
  • The notification status will display as ON when activated and OFF when deactivated


To activate or deactivate a template:

  1. Go to Marketing > Automated Messages  
  2. Hover your mouse over the desired template 
  3. Select the “Activate” or “Deactivate” link 


If the message is OFF, select Activate to turn it on
