In this article, we will walk through the steps to update your inventory product name, brand, and category using CSV files.
Things to know:
- The ability to update a product's name, brand, and/or category via ingest data is governed by the 'Accessing Ingest Data' access control setting.
- The ability to update products' names, brands, and/or categories via CSV file is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our support team at support@mytime.com.
