Updating Product Name, Brand or Category via CSV Files (Ingest Data)

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 4:12 PM

In this article, we will walk through the steps to update your inventory product name, brand, and category using CSV files.

Things to know:

  • The ability to update a product's name, brand, and/or category via ingest data is governed by the 'Accessing Ingest Data' access control setting.
  • The ability to update products' names, brands, and/or categories via CSV file is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our support team at support@mytime.com.
  • Each product can be assigned to only one brand and one category. Importing multiple brands or categories for a single product is not supported.
