The Combo Bookings (Service Groups) feature allows you to group multiple services together, encouraging clients to book them in one appointment. You can also offer a multi-service discount when clients schedule a group of services online. This article explains how to check out service group appointments in the POS.
Things to Know:
- The ability to check out in Pos is governed by the "Creating Tickets" access control.
- Clients with memberships or packages that already cover services in a service group will not receive the service group discount, since their credits cover the cost.
- If a service group promotion was set up to apply automatically, the discount will appear on the ticket at checkout.

Check Out Service Group Appointments Directly from the Schedule
To check out service group appointments directly from the schedule:
- From the Schedule, locate and select the appointment
- Create or Open the ticket:
- For in-store appointments, click 'Create Ticket'
- For online bookings, click 'Open Ticket'
- On the New Ticket screen, select Take Payment at the bottom
- Enter the client’s payment method, then click Close Ticket
A confirmation will display at the top of the screen once the ticket is closed.
Check Out Service Group Appointments Directly from POS
To check out service group appointments directly from POS:
- Go to POS > New Ticket
- From the location dropdown, select the correct location
- Under the Services tab, select the client’s appointment to add it to the ticket
- Once the appointment is added, click Take Payment
- Enter the client’s payment method, then click Close Ticket
A confirmation will display at the top of the screen once the ticket is closed.
