In this article, we will explain the meaning of each setting under the Clients section on the Settings page


SettingDescription
Enable Family Accounts? When enabled, a family member can be added to an existing client record. This feature is not available for pet or vehicle businesses. Learn more here
Track Client Source
This setting will allow you to record the source of this client (e.g., ad campaign, referral, etc) on the client profile and appointment modal. Learn more here
Allow Viewing Old Waivers on Client Profile
This setting allows expired waivers to remain visible on client profiles. Learn more about expiring waivers here

Message to Display on Receipt

This setting allows you to apply and display discounts based on client labels when printing tickets from the appointment modal or generating electronic receipts from the POS. Learn more here
