You can restrict new clients from booking online, prompting them to contact your business directly instead. This article provides step-by-step guidance on enabling the setting that prevents new clients from scheduling appointments online.

Things to know

  • The ability to configure the 'Who Can Book You Online?' setting is controlled by the Accessing Account Settings access control.
  • Online booking must be enabled.
  • Clients must either sign in with Facebook or Apple or create a MyTime user account to book online.
  • When creating a new client profile in-store, deselecting the 'Able to book online' checkbox will prevent the client from scheduling appointments online using the email address associated with that profile. Learn more here
