Once a new client is created in-store, an automatic invitation can be sent encouraging them to book online.
Things to know:
- The ability to invite new clients to book online is determined by the company setting “Invite to book online upon client record creation,” as well as the "Accessing Account Settings" and "Accessing Automated Messages" access control settings.
- If a newly added client does not have a MyTime user account when they receive the automated marketing email encouraging them to book online, clicking the "Book Now" button will prompt them to create a user account before they can proceed.
