Print Appointment/Client/Pet/Family Member Notes on Scheduler App

This article will walk you through the process of printing appointment, client, pet, or family member notes from the appointment modal on the scheduler app.


Things to Know:

  • The ability to print appointment, client, pet, and family member is controlled by the "Accessing Appointments" access control setting.
  • Appointment, client, pet, and family member notes will be shown in the appointment modal and also featured on the notes page, with pinned notes appearing first
  • You can "pin" specific notes to keep them on top at all times. Pinned notes can also be "unpinned"
  • For clients with multiple pets, each pet note will be displayed under the respective pet's profile.
  • For clients with multiple family members, each note will be shown under the corresponding profile.



To print notes, simply


  1. Log into the app. For detailed instructions, learn more here
  2. Filter to the appropriate location and staff
  3. Locate and select the desired appointment
  4. Scroll to the appointment notes section on the appointment modal
  5. Tap into the notes to view all existing entries
  6. Select Print Note
  7. Customize your settings on the "Select a printer" screen to complete the print job



Note: The same steps can be used to print notes for clients, pets, or family members.
