This report tracks product purchases and miscellaneous charges based on the frequency of transactions.
Things to know:
- Access to this report is governed by the "Accessing Reports" access control settings.
- The report analyzes product purchases and miscellaneous charges within the selected date range, comparing them to the client's previous transaction.
- If a client has only one recorded purchase or charge, they will not appear in this report.
To access this report:
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Clients section, select the Sales Interval report

When the report opens, you can filter by a specific location, staff, and date. You also have the ability to export to Excel, PDF, or print. Once you have selected your filters, click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data. 
Report Filters
| Filter | Description |
| Location | The location where the product sale or misc charge occurred
|
| Staff | The staff member who processed the product sale or miscellaneous charge. |
| Date | The date range in which the product purchases or charges occurred. |
Report Columns
| Column | Description |
| Time Between Purchases | The number of days between the client’s current purchase (product or miscellaneous charge) and their previous transaction. |
| Frequency | The total number of occurrences of this time interval across all clients in the report. |
| Clients | The number of unique clients who made purchases or incurred charges within the selected date range. |
