When booking an appointment for a client, you can indicate that a staff member was requested by the client by marking the staff member as requested.
Thing to know:
The ability to mark a staff member as “Requested” is governed by the "Accessing Appointments" access control setting.
To mark a staff member as requested, simply:
- Navigate to the schedule
- Open an existing appointment or create a new one
- Select the star icon on the right next to the staff member's name
- Save the appointment
Once saved, a yellow star will be displayed on the appointment tile and tooltip.
