Switch User

Modified on Fri, 18 Jul at 11:40 AM

MyTime’s Switch User feature streamlines workplace efficiency by allowing staff members to switch users quickly and securely. This feature not only saves time during shift changes or shared device use but also ensures account security by automatically locking inactive sessions. In this article, we will discuss how the feature works.

Things to know:

  • The ability to configure the switch user feature is controlled by the 'Access Account Settings' access control setting
  • This feature is controlled by the 'Enable rapid user switching' company setting
  • Only staff members with a MyTime profile (username and password) will appear in the switch user drop-down
