Blocking Clients from Booking Online

MyTime gives you the option to block clients from booking on your online widget/website. In this article, we will walk through the steps on how to block clients from booking online. 


Things to know:

The ability to block clients from booking online is controlled by the "Accessing Client Records" access setting.


To block a client from booking online:

  1. Navigate to Clients
  2. Locate the client you wish to block
  3. Open the profile
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the profile          
  5. On the Edit Details modal, locate the "Able to book online" option
  6. Uncheck the box. Unchecking the box will block the client from booking online
  7. Confirm by clicking "Yes"  on the pop up  
  8. Save


When the client attempts to book online, they will receive the following error message: "This business does not accept online bookings."
