Suggest External Review Site If Client Rating Is Equal To Or Above ![]() | This setting defines what constitutes a positive rating. MyTime allows you to request that clients rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars after their appointment or class session. If a client leaves a low rating, they will be directed to a private feedback form, and their rating will be recorded in the Ratings report. Conversely, when clients provide a high rating, MyTime can suggest that they post a review on your preferred review sites, such as Google, Yelp, or Facebook and their rating will be save in Ratings report. Hide one-off manual campaigns from Sent tab in Marketing Module | When enabled, intake forms created on client profiles and sent via email will be hidden from the Marketing > Campaigns > Sent tab. However, they will still be accessible in the “Campaigns Received” section of the client’s profile. This setting is to prevent clutter in your Sent Campaigns report. |
Appointment Confirmations for Multiple Family Members or Pets | This setting controls how Appointment Confirmation messages are sent when multiple appointments are booked on the same day for a client, their family members, or pets. Note: This setting only affects the Appointment Confirmation automated message. It does not apply to Booked by Business or Booked by Client templates. You can choose between two options:
