Redeeming Gift Cards on Guest App

When a client purchases a gift card online, the recipient will receive an email with all the gift card details. The gift card can be redeemed in multiple ways online or in-store. In this article, we will explore redeeming gift cards on the guest app.


Things to know:

Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be applied to services with a deposit fee


To redeem gift cards on the guest app:

  1. Clients must download your custom MyTime white-labeled app from the Google Play Store (for Android users) or the Apple App Store (for iOS users).
  2. Upon downloading, they can navigate to the home screen and tap on the account icon located in the top right

On the "My Account" page, your clients have the option to login by entering their credentials, continue using Facebook, and for IOS users, they also have the option to continue with Apple.

3. Once signed in, select the "Home" option at the bottom of the screen

4. Select the "Book Appointment" option

5. Add a service

6. Select date and time

The checkout page will appear

7. On the checkout page, they should enter the gift card code in the Apply Gift Card / Promo Code field 

8. Select "Apply"
