Things to know:
- Images can be added for both parent and child company locations
- If no location-specific images are set for the different child company locations, the images from the parent merchant will be displayed.
- Only jpeg', 'jpg', 'png', 'gif', 'pjpeg', and 'x-png' images below 5MB can be sent through the communicator. If a larger or unsupported image is added, you will receive an error message. Not a recognized image file" error plus "Supported image types are 'jpeg', 'jpg', 'png', 'gif', 'pjpeg', and 'x-png'"

Adding Location Specific Images to Child Account
Add Images to Parent Account
On Parent Account:
1. Go to Business Setup > Consumer App
2. Navigate to the "Home Screen" section and add your photos
3. Save
Once images are saved, log in to the guest app to verify modifications
Adding Location Specific Images to Child Account
From child account:
1. Go to Location Setup > Business Profile
2. Go to the "Locations" section and select "Edit" for the specific location of the child company you wish to set location images
You will be directed to the "Edit Location" screen
3. Navigate to the "Store Location Image for the Consumer App" section and add images
4. Save
Once saved, these changes should be visible on the guest app for the specific location.
