Digital Signage Configuration Interface

Modified on Tue, 21 Jul at 5:08 PM

Digital signage allows you to display dynamic content—such as advertisements, product details, announcements, or real-time check-in and waitlist updates—on digital screens like TVs, LED walls, or projectors across your business locations. With MyTime, you can manage and update your digital displays remotely in real time, ensuring consistent messaging across one or multiple locations.

Things to know:

  • Digital signage is a custom feature managed by the MyTime team. To enable it for your account, contact support at support@mytime.com.
  • The ability to configure the digital signage is controlled by the "Access Digital Signage" access control setting.
  • MyTime syncs digital signage content every 10 seconds. Any updates you make such as pausing, editing, or deleting images, videos, or text messages will automatically refresh on your active digital signage whiteboards almost instantly.
  • Clients who are currently in your walk-in queue or checked in for an appointment will automatically appear on the display screen.
  • To keep your screens clean and relevant, canceled appointments and no-shows are automatically hidden.
