ADP Wisely Integration

ADP Wisely enables you to send tips electronically to your staff members, which they can access via a debit card. This integration allows you to transfer tip data from MyTime to Wisely every 24 hours through FTP.  

Things to know:

• The ADP Wisely integration is available as an add-on subscription for $10 per location per month.
• To add ADP Wisely to your MyTime plan, contact support@mytime.com 
• FTP credentials must be obtained directly from ADP.
• Once enabled, the integration applies to all employees—all tips must be processed through Wisely.
• Cash tips are not supported. Any tips recorded on a ticket must be processed through Wisely and cannot be withdrawn as cash within MyTime.
• By default, ADP Wisely tips appear as “Taken” in the Tips report. You can choose to display ADP Wisely tips as “Not Taken” by enabling the hidden setting “Don’t show ADP Wisely Tips as ‘Taken’ in the Tips report.”

Add ADP Wisely Credentials on MyTime

Once you have received the credentials from ADP:

1. Log into your MyTime account 
2. Expand the menu next to your name in the top right hand corner 
3. Select Location Setup from the menu                   
4. Navigate to the Settings page 
5. Select the Partners Integration tab
6. Scroll down to the ADP Wisely Integration section
7. Enter the following information:
   • Host
   • Account Number
   • File Name Prefix
   • Username
   • Password
8. Click save
