Android Kiosk - Setup

Please follow the steps below to set up your Android-based Kiosk 


You can use your own Android tablet or purchase a Kiosk from MyTime here - https://hardware.mytime.com/collections/integrated-all-in-one-solutions


  1. Make sure you have first set set up your Kiosk in MyTime - https://mytime.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/31000174399?lang=en
  2. Next, download the Google Chrome app from the Google Play store onto your Android tablet or MyTime Kiosk - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome&hl=en_US&pli=1
  3. Open the Google Chrome app and go to - kiosk.mytime.com 
  4. Sign In
  5. If you have multiple locations select the location where this Kiosk will be present
  6. Click the 3 dots in the top right of Google Chrome > Select Add to Home Screen > Choose a name for the shortcut > Tap Add. This will create an app on your tablet that removes the URL, providing a cleaner and more streamlined user experience.
