AM/PM vs 24-hour Time Format on the Booking Widget and Automated Messages

By default, the booking widget and automated messages display time in AM/PM format. However, you can update this to use the 24-hour clock if preferred. This guide outlines how to configure this setting and provides examples of both formats.


Things to know:

  • This setting impacts consumer-facing communications (booking widget and automated messages).
  • The 24-hour format is applied universally across all locations for businesses with multiple locations.
  • This change only affects how times are displayed. It does not alter any appointment times or availability within your account.
  • Times shown in your Scheduler or POS will continue to follow the time format set on your device or within your business’s calendar settings, not this setting.
  • This feature is recommended for regions where 24-hour time is standard to reduce confusion.



Navigate to Business Setup > Settings

  1. Scroll to the Online Booking section
  2. Locate the "Use 24-hour clock instead of AM/PM" setting
  3. Toggle this setting to YES
  4. Save your changes
