Customizing MyTime Vanity URL

Modified on Wed, 23 Sep at 9:51 AM

Your MyTime URL, also known as the Vanity URL, is the unique web address for your MyTime profile. A default URL is automatically generated for you, but you can personalize it by customizing the existing one. This article will walk you through the process of customizing your vanity URL.

Things to Know

  • The ability to customize your vanity URL is governed by the "Accessing Business Profile" access control setting.
  • You can include the URL link in your campaigns, website, and social media accounts like Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly known as Twitter)
  • When clients enter this URL in their browser or click on the link, they will be directed to your express checkout page
  • The setup option displayed in the top-right user menu depends on how you access the account and your assigned role:
  • When navigating from the Parent Account (Location Management tab):
  • Admin: Displays Business Setup when viewing the location account.
  • Login As: Displays Location Setup when viewing the location account.
  • When logged in directly at the Location Level:
  • Location Owners & Location Managers: Display Location Setup.
  • Service Providers & All Other Roles: Display Profile Setup.

To customize your MyTime URL:

1. Navigate to Business Setup / Location Setup > Business Profile

2. Locate the MyTime URL section

3. By default, one will be generated for you, but you can customize it by editing the field. Note: Symbols cannot be entered in the field

4. Select the Save button at the bottom right of the page
