Mobile Business

MyTime supports both mobile and in-store services, giving your business the flexibility to serve clients wherever they are. Whether you operate entirely on-the-go or offer a mix of physical and mobile services, this dual setup allows you to reach a wider audience, optimize scheduling, and improve client satisfaction.

Things to know:

  • The ability to configure mobile business is governed by the "Accessing Business Profile" access control setting.
  • Enabling Mobile Service: To offer mobile appointments, make sure your services are configured to be available at the client’s location: Learn more here.
  • When setting up your business profile, choose the setup that best matches your operations:
  • Mobile Only (I travel to customers): Your business will not have a physical location. All appointments are conducted at the client’s location.
  • Hybrid (Customers travel to me and I travel to them): Clients can choose between coming to your location or requesting a visit to their location at the time of booking.
  • Service Radius Restrictions: You can set a maximum travel radius for mobile services. If a client attempts to book an appointment outside of this radius, they will receive the following error: “Sorry, this service is only available within X miles of zip code X.”
  • Appointment Details:
  • If a client selects “At Your Location, up to X mile(s)” in the booking widget, their address will display in the Location section of the appointment in the Scheduler
  • If the client selects “In-Store,” the appointment will show the company’s location nickname (if set).  If no nickname is configured, the business’s full address will appear instead.
