Find Next Available Date and Time on Scheduler App

The "Find Next Available Date and Time on Scheduler" feature enables staff members to easily find open dates and times for booking appointments. This feature provides a clear view of available slots, simplifying the scheduling process. This article will explain how the feature works on the scheduler app.


Things to Know:

  • The ability to find the next available date and time on the schedule is governed by the "Accessing Appointments" access control setting.
  • This feature allows you to open your calendar and visually scan for an available time, which you can click to schedule the appointment.



To find the next available date and time on the scheduler for appointments:


1. Log into the app. For detailed instructions, learn more here
2. 
You will be directed to the Schedule screen by default

3. To create a new appointment:

  • Tap an open time slot on the schedule, or
  • Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner to open the Appointment modal

4. Add a client.

5. Select a service

6. Select a staff member 

7. Tap the 'Time' field

8. Tap 'Select Time Visually' 

9. The schedule will open, allowing you to visually scan for an available date and time. Tap your desired time slot.

10. You will be redirected to the Time screen.

11. Tap 'Save' in the top right corner

12. The appointment modal will reappear with the selected time and staff member

13. Tap Save again to complete the booking 

Once saved, the appointment will appear on the schedule at the selected date and time.
