This report identifies potential duplicate clients by matching first names with either email addresses or phone numbers, helping you detect and manage duplicate client records within your account.
Things to know:
The ability to access this report is governed by the "Accessing Reports" access control settings
Clients are grouped by name with expandable sections to view all potential duplicates.
Results are sorted by duplicate email addresses, then phone numbers.
Once duplicates are resolved (i.e., merged or deleted), they’ll be removed from the report.
Contents:
Accessing The Duplicate Clients Report
- Navigate to Dashboard
- Select the Reports tab
- Under the Clients section, select the Duplicate Clients report
Click on the UPDATE button to generate the desired data.
Report Columns
Column | Description |
Client | Displays the client's name. When the section is collapsed, only the first name is shown. When expanded, the full name is displayed. Clicking on the client's name in the expanded view redirects you to the client profile. |
Email Address | The email address associated with the client profile. |
Phone Number | The phone number associated with the client profile. |
