Adding Pets to Class Sessions

Pets can be added to classes just like clients. This guide will walk you through the process of adding pets to classes on your schedule.


Things to Know:

  • The "Schedule Classes / Events" setting must be enabled on your account to add pets to classes.
  • For instructions on how to configure classes for in-store scheduling, click here.
  • If a client has multiple pets, you can only add one pet at a time.
  • After adding a pet to a class session, you can click the edit icon to leave notes about observations or preferences.

Adding a Pet to a Classes Session

  1. Navigate to the schedule
  2. Filter by the desired location, date, and staff
  3. Locate and open the desired class
  4. Select "View Attendees"
  5. From the class roster, select the "Add Attendee" button


Adding an Existing Pet to a Class Session

  1. Search for an existing pet by typing their name in the "Search Client" field
  2. Select the pet's name from the search results
  3. Select "Add" at the bottom of the modal. The pet will be added to the class roster as a guest of the pet owner


Adding a New Pet to Class Session

  1. Enter the name of the pet
  2. Select "+ New Client"
  3. Choose the "New Guest Of Existing Client" option
  4. Enter the name, email, or phone number of the existing client in the "Guest Of Who?" field
  5. Select "Add" at the bottom of the modal
  6. The new pet will now be added to the class roster.
