Travel Tickets

Travel tickets are customizable printed tickets primarily utilized by pet businesses to showcase appointments and client details. These can be incorporated into charts for clients in stores, similar to medical charts. This enables service providers to conveniently access information regarding the scheduled service, as well as details about the pet's feeding schedule, medications, and other relevant information.


Things to know:

  • This feature is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable the hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • The ticket will include the default fields from the travel ticket template, such as the client's name, pet's name, client contact information, address, labels, and appointment details.
  • Custom fields for clients, pets, and appointments can be added to travel tickets. Once these custom fields are created, please contact our support team at support@mytime.com to enable the custom field IDs.
  • For pets with a date of birth added to their profile, their age will be displayed alongside their date of birth on the travel ticket


Printing Travel Tickets

Once the hidden setting is enabled, simply:

  1. Navigate to the scheduler 
  2. Filter to the desired location
  3. Locate the desired appointment
  4. Click on the appointment to open it
  5. Click the "Travel Ticket" button, which is located at the bottom of the appointment modal           
  6. The print pop-up will display a preview of the travel ticket layout
  7. To print the travel ticket, click on the "Print" option.
