Responding to Chargebacks or Disputes (TSYS)

  1. Log in to TSYS online portal (called TransLink) here: https://translink.transfirst.com/
    • You can reset your password online or by calling 877-289-0422 option 2 option 1
    • It will be helpful if you have your TSYS Merchant ID (MID) available. MyTime will always provide you with your MID via email. You can find this by searching your email for the subject line MyTime Pay Setup from processing@mytime.com. 
  2. Navigate to Chargeback/Retrieval reports and click Detail
  3. Set the date range in which the chargeback or retrieval was filed
  4. Click Create Report
  5. Click View to see what information was sent from the card-issuing bank. You will also see instructions on what type of documentation you should provide to dispute this chargeback.
