Reorder Packages

You can reorder the packages that are offered for purchase on the embedded booking widget and express checkout page under the Business Setup > Packages tab. The order specified will be the same order in the package dropdown on the client profile, booking widget and POS products tab. 

In this article, we will show you how to rearrange packages. 

Things to know:

  • For franchise businesses using global packages, these can be ordered at the parent account level, while local packages can only be ordered at the child account level
  • Global packages are displayed first on the client profile and in the POS
  • Adding a new package or editing existing ones after rearranging them does not affect the arranged order 

To reorder packages: 

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Packages
  2. Add packages or from your list of packages, click and hold the 3 vertical lines to the left of the package to move them in place  packges_menu.png
  3. Rearrange in the order of preferencepackage_rearrange.png

Once satisfied, you can view this order from the client's profile when adding a package or in POS.
