Checking Out Multi-Staff Appointments in POS

The multi-staff appointments feature enables you to assign different staff members to a single appointment offering multiple services. This article will guide you through the steps of checking out multi-staff appointments in POS.

Things to know:

  • The names of the staff members will be displayed on the ticket in POS, below the name of the service they will be performing
  • Each staff member will receive commission for the services they perform, based on the compensation configuration in their staff profile.

Multi-Staff Appointments in POS

Log into your account:

  1. Navigate to POS > New Ticket
  2. Add a multi-staff appointment to the ticket

  5. Select a payment method
  6. Click on "Close Ticket" at the bottom of the Take Payment pageScreenshot 2024-06-27 174354.jpg
