Round Robin Mechanism on the Booking Widget

When a client books an appointment online and selects "Anyone," we use a round-robin mechanism to assign a staff member to the service. This is based on the following assumptions:

  1. Which staff members can complete the appointment as soon as possible?
  2. Who is the least busy member of the team right now? If staff A already has an appointment but is able to perform two appointments at the same time, but staff B and C do not, the system will choose between B and C.
  3. Which staff member recently had an appointment automatically assigned to them? If we auto-assigned an appointment to B a few minutes ago and to A an hour ago, the system will prefer A.
