Deleting Packages

If a package is no longer required or was unintentionally added, you can delete it from the client's profile. In this article, we'll go over how to delete a package from a client's profile.

Things to know:

  • Deleting a package from the client's profile has no effect on any appointments made with services that utilised the package
  • If an appointment is scheduled before the package is deleted, the package will not be applied to the service when you check out
  • If a package is deleted it will not reflect on the Package Balance Report
  • Fully used packages cannot be deleted

To delete a client's package: 

  1. Navigate to the client's tab
  2. Select the desired client
  3. Scroll down to the Packages section

  5. When the edit package modal appears, select the Delete Package link at the bottom left of the page 20198094-81338e618f27ba27fa7dc570816b66a0.png

If the package was purchased via POS or online, you will be prompted to process a refund. Once deleted, the package will no longer be visible on the client's profile.
