The marketing campaign filter list options allow you to specify the target audience for each campaign. In this article, we will explain each option.
Things to know:

Email Campaigns - By default, the recipient list will automatically display clients:

Who are associated with a location

Have an email address on file and have opted in to receive email marketing campaigns

If a client is not associated with a location, has not opted in to receive email marketing campaigns or does not have an email address on file, they will not be included in the recipient list.

SMS Campaigns - By default, the recipient list will automatically display clients:

Who are associated with a location

Have a mobile phone number on file and have double opted in to receive SMS marketing campaigns

If a client is not associated with a location, has not opted in to receive SMS marketing campaigns or does not have a mobile phone number on file, they will not be included in the recipient list.

Send to clients for | Location |
You can select the location for which the campaign is applicable if your account has multiple locations. When a location is selected, the recipient list is filtered to include only clients who are associated with that location. |
Who | Have or have not received |
Clients who had an appointment for all service categories or specific service categories. If clients are associated with multiple locations - When one of those locations is selected and the has received services filter is checked, the recipient list will show clients who are associated to the selected location as well as anyone who scheduled an appointment at any other location within the business during the specified time frame. |
Have or have not attended |
Clients who attended all classes or a specific class. If clients are associated with multiple locations - When one of those locations is selected and the has attended class filter is checked, the recipient list will show clients who are associated to the selected location as well as anyone who booked a class session at any other location within the business during the specified time frame. |

Have or have not purchased |
Clients who purchased all SKUs or specific SKUs. If clients are associated with multiple locations - When one of those locations is selected and the have purchased product filter is checked, the recipient list will return clients who are associated with the selected location as well as those who purchased the SKU at any location within the business during the specified time frame. |

Clients who purchased all packages or specific packages.
If clients are associated with multiple locations - When one of those locations and the have packages filters are selected, the recipient list will return clients who are associated with the selected location and have purchased packages at any location within the business during the specified time frame. |

Clients who purchased all memberships or specific memberships.
If clients are associated with multiple locations - When one of those locations and the have membership filters are selected, the recipient list will return clients who are associated with the selected location and have purchased memberships at any location within the business during the specified time frame. |

Within the past | Number of days, weeks, months, or years | Services/classes booked or items purchased within the specified number of days, weeks, months, or years. |
But not within the past | Number of days, weeks, months, or years | Services/classes booked or items not purchased within the specified number of days, weeks, months, or years. |
Labeled | List of labels created on the Clients tab | Once a label is selected, only clients with that label applied to their profile will be selected in the recipient list. |
When To Send | Now/Later | You can choose to send the campaign now or later. If you choose later, you can schedule a date and time for the campaign to be sent. |
