If you have duplicate children (pets, family members, or vehicles), you can merge the duplicate accounts from the primary client's profile.
Things to know:
- By default, appointment history, memberships, and packages are retained
- You can determine which first name, last name, gender, date of birth, notes, and pet breed (for pet businesses) to keep
- If only one family member, pet, or vehicle is on the account, the merge option will not be displayed
To merge a child:
- Go to the Clients tab
- Search for the primary client
- Open the client's profile
- Expand the "All Family Members / All Pets / All Vehicles" menu in the top right
- Click on the Merge Family Members / Pets / Vehicles option
- Select the children you'd like to merge, then hit the Merge Selected button at the bottom right of the page
- Select the details that you want to retain
- Save
