Membership Statuses

The membership status determines if a client can redeem benefits in a membership. The table below describes what each status means. 

Status Description



Membership start date is in the future 


Membership is in good standing


The monthly membership charge failed due to no credit card on file or insufficient funds.


Membership is scheduled to be canceled automatically on a specific date in the future.


Membership was canceled manually by a staff member OR automatically canceled due to X number failed payments in a row based on their settings.


Membership billing and benefits are paused for a period of time


The membership contract has ended
