Changing Associated Family Member on Existing Memberships

For accounts with family memberships configured, you can change the family member associated with the membership at any time. This can be done by:

  1. Navigating to the Clients tab
  2. Open the client's profile
  3. Scroll down to the membership section
  4. Expand the membership
  5. Select the Edit Membership button 17353146-3592ec68de6983efb3073f6b7de1f3d0.png
  6. Select the dropdown menu next to Membership Owner 
  7. Select the associated family member from the list and save 17353211-1eb72692753b2b873e811d40f4a858f4.png

Once saved, the membership can only be used by the new family member selected.
