Purchasing Packages on the Booking Widget

Once your widget is configured to include packages, your clients will be able to go to your booking page using the booking URL or book button on your website to purchase a package. Depending on how you configured the widget, your packages will be a stand-alone item or your clients will have to:

  1. Navigate to the booking widget
  2. Select the desired location (applicable for accounts with multiple locations)
  3. Select Packages link in the header unnamed_-_2021-11-22T123628.754.png
  4. Choose a package  
  5. Click on the ‘Buy’ button unnamed_-_2021-11-22T123633.233.png
  6. Enter card details
  7. Click on ‘Complete Purchase’ 

On the confirmation page, there is a Book Appointment button. Selecting the button will direct your clients to the service page where they can book future appointments covered by the package they just purchased or appointments not covered by the package.

  • The client will receive an email confirmation
  • The package will be reflected on the client's profile and in the Package Balances Report
  • All applicable bookings and purchases will have the “In Package” label attached
