Switch User

MyTime’s switch user feature enables staff members to switch users faster and lock their accounts. 

To enable the switch user feature:  

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
  2. Activate Enable rapid user switching                                          16594080-67b526afc73ac08fb5fb730f8595337b.png
  3. Save 

Once activated, a Switch User option will be added to the account drop-down menu and allow a different user to access MyTime without logging out first.

To switch users simply:

  1. Click on your name in the upper right 
  2. Select Switch User from the menu unnamed_-_2021-11-11T152933.486.png
  3. Select a location and staff from the Switch User modal. Please note that only staff members who have created a MyTime profile (username and password)  will be displayed. unnamed_-_2021-11-11T153020.178.png
  4. Enter your password     unnamed_-_2021-11-11T153102.405.png

You will be successfully logged into your account.
