In the event, a client is unhappy with a service you can utilize the redo feature. Clients are not charged for Redos. Activating the Redo feature is pretty easy, here are the step-by-step directions on how to enable and utilize the Redo feature.
- Go to Business Setup > Settings
- Activate the Allow Redo Appointments setting
- Once activated you can determine if staff members should receive service commissions on redos
- Save your changes
