Managing Appointment Requests

For businesses who have configured their account settings to keep online bookings in a 'pending state' until you manually approve them, appointments booked online are considered requests. 

To manage appointment requests:

  1. Navigate to your schedule
  2. Locate the pending appointment 
  3. The Accept and Change buttons will be present on the appointment tile. You can accept or reschedule the request if you so desire                                         unnamed_-_2021-11-09T180837.238.png
  4. If you prefer to perform the action from the appointment modal, open the appointment unnamed_-_2021-11-09T181111.829.png

If the appointment is accepted, the appointment status will be updated to Booked and the client will receive the appointment confirmation (if enabled).

If the appointment is declined, the appointment status will be updated to Canceled and the client will receive the cancellation notification (if enabled).
