In this article, we will explore the different ways you can view appointments on your schedule. On the schedule, you can filter by Day, Week, Month, Agenda, and Split views. To do this, simply:
- Navigate to the Schedule
- Filter by day, week, month, agenda, or split view via the drop-down menu located at the top left of the Scheduler
- Next, select the date you wish to view
- Here you can see your schedule or other staff members' schedules for the day you've selected.
Day View - In day view, you can see the entire day’s bookings, availability, and unavailability for a selected staff member or all staff members.
Week View - In week view, you can see the entire week of bookings, blockages, availability, and unavailability for a selected staff member or all staff members.
Month View - In month view, you can see the entire month’s bookings, blockages, availability, and unavailability for a selected staff member or all staff members.
Agenda View - This view displays a list of all bookings, blockages that are scheduled on any day, in chronological order.
Split View - This view displays the Waitlist on the left and a list of employees will appear along with their in-service appointments on the right. Appointments that are currently on the Waitlist can be started automatically by dragging them from the left menu to the right menu. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that don't take appointments.
