Auto-lock Web and App

At MyTime, we allow businesses the capability of locking their accounts. You can set a separate timeout for the Scheduler app and web. Once set, the account will automatically lock from inactivity after X seconds have passed. If no value is entered for auto-locking the mobile app, we will use the auto-lock time that was set for the web.

To enable these two settings:

  1. Navigate to Business Setup > Settings
  2. Under the Staff section, enter values in the "Auto-lock web app after:" and "Auto-lock mobile app after:" fields                                                      unnamed_-_2021-11-18T131707.295.png
  3. Save

Once set, the account will automatically lock from inactivity. A sign-in modal will appear and you can then enter your password to sign in.
