Reopen Closed Purchase Orders

MyTime allows you to reopen a purchase order and set a limit after it has been closed. This article will guide you through the process of reopening a purchase order.

Things to know:

  • This is controlled by a hidden setting that only the MyTime team can enable. To enable this hidden setting, please contact our Support Team at support@mytime.com.
  • The capability to reopen purchase orders is also linked to the "Manage Purchase Order" access control setting.
  • The default setting for the number of days during which a purchase order can be edited after closure is 30 days. However, this duration is customizable, allowing you to set it to a value less than or more than 30 days.
  • Upon reopening a purchase order, the status will be updated to "Ordered."

Let's now look at the steps to reopen a purchase order:

  1. Navigate to POS > Inventory
